Do I need a membership to buy?

No. Wholzo Free accounts are free and can purchase most inventory at standard wholesale pricing. Pro and Elite unlock deeper per-unit pricing, member-only products, early drop access and higher reward multipliers.

Is there a minimum order?

No case-pack minimums. You can buy a single unit, which is what makes single-unit fulfillment practical for marketplace sellers.

How does fulfillment work?

Choose ship-to-me and we send inventory to you, or choose fulfillment and we hold it. When your customer buys, you upload the marketplace shipping label (or buy shipping through us) and we pick, pack and ship it blind under your brand.

Can inventory oversell?

No. Stock is decremented atomically when an order is placed and reserved for that order. If a unit isn't there, the checkout fails before payment rather than after.

Are the profit and ROI numbers guaranteed?

No. Estimated resale ranges, profit, ROI and demand ratings are market estimates drawn from recent sold data. Marketplace fees, shipping, condition, timing and competition all affect your actual result.

What marketplaces can I sell on?

Any marketplace you like — eBay, Amazon, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Depop, Shopify or your own site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any marketplace.

Do you offer returns on wholesale inventory?

Accepted Answer

Wholesale inventory is sold for resale and is generally final sale. Damaged, defective or materially mis-described units are covered — report them within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace or credit.

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime from your account. Access continues through the end of the paid period; membership fees for the current period are non-refundable.

How do rewards work?

Accepted Answer

You earn points on every dollar spent, multiplied by your tier. Points convert to order credit at checkout. Referrals earn bonus points for both accounts on the referred reseller's first order.

Do you sell counterfeit or gray-market goods?

No. All inventory is sourced from authorized suppliers, liquidation partners and verified vendors, and is inspected before it is listed.
