Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Ship-to-me wholesale orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Single-unit fulfillment orders with a valid uploaded label are targeted for same-day handoff when submitted before 1:00 PM ET on a business day, otherwise the next business day.

Orders are not released to fulfillment until payment has cleared and inventory has been verified.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every label you upload: correct recipient, correct service level, correct weight and dimensions, and sufficient postage. Labels must be valid PDF or PNG files and must match the product and quantity on the fulfillment request.

If a label is expired, unreadable, underpaid, or does not match the order, we will pause the shipment and notify you. Repeated invalid submissions may pause fulfillment privileges on the account.

Fulfillment shipments are blind: our name and pricing do not appear in the parcel. Packing slips, if requested, display your business name only.

Once a parcel is scanned by the carrier, transit time, delivery scans and delivery exceptions are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events or marketplace late-shipment metrics resulting from them.

Undeliverable or refused shipments caused by an incorrect address supplied by you or your customer are returned at your cost. Re-shipment requires a new valid label or new shipping purchase.

Claims for parcels lost or damaged in transit are filed with the carrier by whichever party purchased the postage. If you purchased shipping through us, we file the claim; if you uploaded your own label, you file with your carrier and we will supply packing evidence and weight records on request.
