What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over your reseller data.

Last updated February 2026

Information we collect

Account data (name, business name, email, phone), order and fulfillment data (products, quantities, shipping addresses, uploaded shipping labels), payment metadata processed by our payment provider, and usage data such as pages viewed and products saved.

We do not store full payment card numbers. Card processing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider.

Product analytics

We record first-party product analytics to understand how visitors become members and which parts of Wholzo are useful. These events include the page that prompted a signup, whether the account was created with Google or email, sign-in and signup completion, catalog and product pages viewed after joining, and membership plan upgrades.

Analytics events are tied to your Wholzo account (or to no account at all when you are signed out). We do not use them to collect sensitive personal information, we do not record the contents of forms or passwords, and we do not sell or share this data with advertising networks.

How we use it

To operate your account, price inventory at your tier, reserve and ship orders, prevent fraud and abuse, provide reseller analytics, measure and improve how the product works, deliver support, and send transactional and — where you have opted in — marketing messages.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the platform work: payment processing, cloud hosting and database, email delivery, and shipping carriers and fulfillment partners. We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our members, suppliers or company.

Retention and security

Order, tax and fulfillment records are retained as long as required for legal and accounting obligations. Access is restricted by role-based permissions and row-level database security, and data is encrypted in transit.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change notification preferences, request an export of your data, or request deletion of your account from your account settings or by contacting support. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained by law.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, plus limited first-party analytics to understand how the catalog is used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
