Membership Terms

Paid memberships bill monthly in advance to your payment method on file and renew automatically until cancelled. The renewal date is the same calendar day each month as your original signup, adjusted for shorter months.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to tier pricing and member-only inventory continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and member-only access tied to the higher tier ends at that time.

Tier benefits — pricing, early drop access, member-only products, analytics depth, reward multipliers and support priority — are described on the Membership page and may be adjusted as the catalog and services evolve. Material reductions will be communicated before they take effect.

Membership grants access to pricing and tools. It does not guarantee availability of any specific product, quantity, category or profit outcome.

Reward points accrue on eligible net purchase amounts at your tier multiplier and are redeemable for order credit. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if an account is closed for a terms violation or is inactive for 12 consecutive months. Points from refunded orders are reversed.

We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your renewal. Continuing your membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If a renewal payment fails we will retry over several days and notify you. Tier benefits may be paused until payment succeeds, and continued failure results in a downgrade to the free Wholzo Free tier.
